How to Make a Cheaper Gelatin
The first gelatin you could buy did not really taste good, but weirdly enough, it made a great glue. May pearl decided to add strong, delicious flavors and colors to this kind of not great, ready made gelatin. They sold their invention to another company, and things took off thanks to some genius marketing. I also love jello because it encourages experimentation. In 19 o six, there was chocolate flavored jello. It's like making you crave jello by spamming you with a bunch of delicious pictures on instogram.
