The Colorblindness of the Constitution
The court was split down ideological lines and the dissents were biting. The larger debate in this decision goes to whether or to what extent the Constitution is colorblind. And there's a fundamental divide on the court in that respect with the majority taking the position that race cannot be considered on its own.
