There's 100 ways to decrease cost for a product or cost of delivering service. The likelihood that someone's going to leave, increase likely they continue to stay with you again and again. Cross sells looking at all of the different things that a customer who's going to work with you may eventually buy as a result of doing business with you. Then finally, how can I identify customers who are more likely to want to have a higher level of service and then ascend them into that? When I'm looking at a business that we're trying to take from a million dollars a year to multiple million dollars a month, this is my framework.
