When i was a kid, we didn't know much about food and my family, so i had a netella crape every morning for breakfast. My mam had a orange juice special k with a bunch of sugar on it every morning. Thanks to him, we discovered this whole world, you know, sugar, process foods versus whole foods, fibre, omega, threes. So as a te nager, i started discovering this world, and i really had an affinity for it. And then what really cemented my interest in health and the body was this freak accident i had when i was 19. It taught me at that young age that nothing is more important than health. And
