How to Use Data to Drive a Tactic Strategy
One of our merchants recognized when people should be coming up to repurchase. They targeted, so they were able to kind of figure out who those customers are and use our platform to measure time between purchase. And what was interesting is it raised AOV by about 20%, because obviously not only did they send the email, they kind of added in a discount code for a threshold that was a little bit above what the average order value was for that customer. It got that customer to kind of spend a little bit more and come back.
