Micheal bergman's radical scepticism and epistemic intuition is a really important work. i think you need a sort of externalism, kind of backed up by a theism and a proper functionalism to be justified in trusting those intuitions cause us to think that these scenarios are ultimately laughably ridiculous. So for that reason, i recommend michael bergman’s radical scepticism and epistemological intuition as one of the best books on Epistemology.
