There is no area of our lives that at h d doesn't touch. It affects every single aspect of your life. Research does show that medication is by far the best treatment for adult a dh d. But it's not the only thing that you're going to need in order to be successful. You're gong to need a combination. I like to call it a cocktail. And i think that would have led me on my self acceptance and my self forgiveness journey much sooner.
