Why Does It Take So Long to Grow Maka?
It takes up to a year to grow Maka. Why does it take so long and do other brassicas also take this long to grow? And what makes Maka special in this way? The process of growing market is actually quite complex too, because you have to grow it in two stages. Because it sucks so much nutrients out of the ground, that ground for one crop of makka can sometimes not be used again for 10 years.
