Sally Kohn: Are you trading any options strategies yourselves or is this just something that you took an interest or studied? So, and that's what led you initially to kind of gravitate towards or find my podcast and my work. I have bought long options for a while, mostly just for fun because it is fun to just throw out a long option and see if they hit. And of course, sometimes they hit and you get big payoffs. She says she has also done it in a pretty deep exploration of using it as a hedge. But from a portfolio perspective, doing so can help your compound growth rate.
