A potential ideal training structure for a triathlete or multi-sport athlete. We've already based the week around two high intensity sessions and we aim for Tuesday Thursday if someone can't back up on the Thursday from their Tuesday then it could be pushed to Tuesday Friday like Joe Frews philosophy. If you want some intensity in the run you can overload that day so do a double do a double high intensity bike and run on Tuesday which we do for some athletes. The Wednesday where depending on the athlete you would keep that as some sort of recovery day whether it's a zone two ride or run.
