How to Avoid Drama Out of Boredom

Gossip is an element of gossiping. Tell stories about yourself that are empowering or even funny, like, embarrassing, but not stories that are gossipy about yourself. Stop hate watching or hate stalking people and stop filling your mind with just judgment and gossip about them from doing that. The next kind of jonra things we're going to talk about is gravitating towards drama out of boredom. This is kind of moron like what i touched on earlier, about the internal gossiping which happens within your own mind.
