How Much Collagen Do I Need?

Collagen can help with cartilage regrowth, decreasing joint pain, strengthening tendons and ligaments. When we're looking for tendon, ligament, joint health, it's more like 10 to 15 grams of collagen per day. So when I do a scoop of it in my coffee each morning, how many grams is in a scoop you think? It should be 10. If you're taking gummies or pills, there's no way you're getting enough.
