Is There a Magical Secret to Creating a Healthy Product Trio?

I've tried two ways and I think both of them work. It depends very much upon your leadership style. The first one is being having a mediator when things are getting really heated. A new product trio will always always fight more because they're just not used to each other's working style. So giving them a framework to be able to talk to each other with, I think is really helpful. You know, the kind of structure that I run with and I read it somewhere and I can't remember it now, but really help was talk about here is what I saw. Then you say, my story around this is, or I hypothesize that ABC is happening.
