The Importance of Communication in Sex Related Professional Work
I feel very comfortable discussing this stuff. The way you hear me talk about it in the podcast, that is how I will talk to anybody about it. That is my genuine comfort level. What I have found the most surprising just observing this over the years and all of the feedback that I've gotten from my listeners is how little communication there is with couples. It's like you can get couples counseling and premarital counseling, but I think you should have six months of sexual counseling and therapy before you can get a marriage license. You don't say, hey, my sex drive is here, yours is there. How do we want to handle this, that or the other?
