Mendex's CEO: Derek Rose

I like to learn new things and I like to build stuff and make stuff so that's why I think the environment is perfect. And yeah, I just love my job and then I'm really passionate about showing up every day. It was obviously a very inspiring, inspiring time working with the co-founders. So from when I joined and then took on the CEO role, we basically skilled the organization from around 350 people to now more than 1500 in three and a half years.
