At their core, they are a fundamentally conservative organization and that they're a status quo protection racket. So anything that's nominally a threat to the status quo is who they're going to investigate and try to take down. The powers that were handed to them post 9 11, whatever those powers were, need to be pulled back. And so when some real shit is going down, they're not there. I think we would all expect that this was happening across the country in terms of BLM protests that they're like fixated on trying to make these as violent as possible"
