How to Motivate and Improve Retention in Startups
Finley: Transparency is probably the more important area to consider. Thomas: I totally agree with what Finley said about financial incentives and stuff, especially for companies of our size. Most people work for us because they're excited about the space. They love audio. They want to do cool things. We focus on motivating and empowering people. We also need to pay them. But let's not forget that money is also important. Can you find a balance between this math thinly back to you? Would you have anything to add in as opposed to getting the balance right? A point around the fact that we're not always able financially compensate to market rates.
