I think that's a very good way to look at it always, and a good way to check to make sure that, again, sometimes it's unconscious bias, right? It doesn't mean it's intentional. I feel like that question that you just posed is like, that's just being a good manager and being curious about what they are trying to achieve. Because maybe that's the right path for them at this point and whatever is going on. Yeah.
