The Chicago studio was completely redesigned and introverts were one of the one of the stakeholders. This led to really fun things like DIY craft sessions and puzzles at the picnic table. The space which we've never had before that only has one role, which is no talking. So people know that absolutely any time of the day, there is one space within the studio that they can go for heads down time.
