LZ Granderson: Before you got into life coaching, you owned and operated two highly successful brick and mortar businesses. LZ: So it served me well for a long time until I got to the point where the hustle did not work anymore. You know from first-hand experience that when you're a small business owner, especially a new one, it's literally you all the time. And so once I saw what life coaching did for me, I kind of went back to my original roots as a hair stylist. We do are pretty much raised by the same people. Yes.
