Most amateur, sort of armchair nuby tathletes, marathon runners, ners, make the mistake of spending 90 to a hundred % of their training time in what is affectionately called the grey zone. It's that level of effort that leaves you feeling good. If you got and run for half an hour, forty five minutes or an hour, it's a good, strong pace. But ultimately, if you persist in just doing that all the ime, you will quickly plateau, and you will never actualize your potential as an athlete.
