And have realized that, like you just described, whatever healing has happened, has happened through the love kindness, generosity of others. The things that we can do that don't require sources, and sometimes don't even require other people o be helpful to us. Like so, in example, it is good to talk to someone erain not a trusted other person,. If we put things into words, we know someone is listening.
