i think the corps competency for any one working in a fast moving industry, especially an industry like interactive entertainment, or collaboration, soffware, or now fintek, is intellectual curiosity. I mean, voracious curiosity. You wake up every day and just fascinated by the way your consumers are moving through the world,. Am fascinated with social networks that have been born while you were sleeping. It takes a lot of energy it to want to do that and to to love that fact that nothing stays the same. i think that's a, that's a personality characteristic in some ways, or something to develop in yourself. But it's mission critical.
