Vinay: It's a strange system we have here, right? Things are approved, things are approved for use without any thought about that. And so it falls to these companies, which are conflicted, right? I mean, they don't want to try to spend less money. That's what their job is, to make the calls on these and irritate doctors because they say, look, this medication is approved. Why are you blocking me from doing it?
