Do You See Any Kind of Connectivity Between Higher Level Russian Military Figures?

Do you see any light in the tunnel at all when it comes to negotiating with vladimir putton on terms of ending this invasion? Do any kind of episodes from history comfort you at all? I think it is interesting that we have not sen yet a meeting of the mines, or at least some sort of effort on the part of russia to connect at the military level. That would be, that would be e first. Even in syria, there is some connectivity between higher level Russian military figures.
