The Difference Between Dark Matter and Smaller Black Holes

We think dark matter is some unknown type of particle, which has a significant amount of mass and doesn't tend to interact with other instances of itself. modules on the other end are another class of things, which have fallen out of favor. But from a gravitational perspective, they would solve the problem. If they were to exist, we just are pretty sure they don't.
