There's a lot of talk about restoring the palace or maybe possibly moving elements of it around the country. I wondered if you had any thoughts about just the optics of this kind of huge crumbling palace in the middle of London that is really grand and opulent but inaccessible. Do you think that in any way contributes to this kind of us the feeling in politics? "I absolutely do," says Lord Tebbit.
