The Importance of Psychographic Data in Biopersonas
I think traditional traditional biopersonas that are very heavily demographic based don't tell you much about your ideal client or your audience's emotional behaviors. So if you have psychographic data, not just demographic data, then they're useful. But what I actually together is I kind of put together a synthesized document of findings, which are all based around customer motivations. And then there's a lot of things around pains and problems that customers are feeling around triggers around hesitations, needs, desires, all those kind of things.
