"We were taught by kindergarten how to interact with people and like listen to them and share. The question becomes, sometimes it doesn't sink in," he says. "So i wrote the book in narrativei'm set up wor every day for those 35 action steps." Every day you pull the book open and you read two or three pages story about something around leadership,. that's in a framework that i use. Then you think about your own story, and you answer some questions.

Patrick Leddin has benefited from both hands-on leadership and management experience coupled with academic rigor and expertise.

He served as a U.S. Army airborne, infantry, ranger-qualified officer; worked as a Project Manager at KPMG Consulting; and co-started and ran a Inc. 5000 recognized consulting firm. Patrick is also an Associate Professor at Vanderbilt University where he teaches Negotiation and Leading Business in Times of Crisis.
