The regulator of our brain, which is a prefrontal cortex, it's working at like minimal level. And in order for a person to become imbalanced, actually that system has to be in the forefront. When it's not in the forefront, you have an emotional system that is hijacked everything. So if I were to look at anything and say that I want a myth dismissed because I have so many survivors sending me questions, how do I take care of my codependency? That would help some people out there who are trying to deal with this kind of thing.
