How Buzzfeed News Structures Decisions

How do you make decisions? What's your framework? I think journalism much more is a trade than as a sort of abstract theoretical framework. Internally, I run the newsroom and Justin runs the business side. How many people are on either side there? Somewhere in the ballpark of 30 on each side,. maybe 35 journalists, 25 commercial. And then on the journalism side, how are you? How is that all structured? We're built primarily around verticals each built around a journalist or two, mostly one.
