"It's like an error of judgment to assign blame to them," he says. "Remember, you didn't choose where you were born, just like they didn't." The Russian army is slowly degrading over time and another parallel with the Japanese army doesn't help either. But when you have basically the entire world funneling money, weapons, aircraft, resources, and most of all, fucking intelligence, that is a very unfair advantage.
