How to Fund a Biomedical Research Grant?

i think we were concerned going back a couple of decades that the peer review process could tend to be a little conservative, and especially if you have success rates that are only 20% or sometimes less than that. At some point we should talk about rp h as the latest example of a way to put that high risk hi rewarret into overdrive. We need to, i think, have really a broad range of approaches.
