What's the Craziest Thing You've Seen in M&A?
I'm always surprised at how important it's put on relationships, both internally and externally. I feel like there's just certain things you do in M&A that really make sure things come out well. It gives me a good sense of who to have in the room, not everybody but the key people. Some people like phone people, you can call them and they'll pick up or some people will prefer emails or book time in with me. So get a sense of the individual. What's important to you? Ask that question from an M&A function. How do you want to be engaged? Make sure I'm a busy executive. I can't just jump out of a meeting
