What Do You Do When You See Something Big Happening in the World?
Turkey has been braced for a big earthquake like this for a long time because it sits on a cold line. They've been paying earthquake tax but the newer buildings are not supposed to pay apps. And I think there is a growing sense of anger that the support that they expected from the government they don't feel like it's here. Baroness Valerie Amos, who was the United Nations Undersecretary General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief talks about how help gets delivered in these places.
