There's a lot of deadlines being thrown out. Some are very unreasonable, I don't know where they come from. Once a deadline is set, somehow it's set in stone and it never actually moves. That's a pretty bad project management. If something is not feasible, then I'll be the first one too. So if I don't talk to them actually and take their information to a steering committee or a project board, I'm not doing my job."
