Anxiety Is Not Going to Hurt You

You don't want to go for a quick walk around the block and then quickly get back home, because the sensation is too strong. That would be giving your anxiety a lot of credit. So if you're going for a nice, brisk walk, do that for at least 30 minutes. And this will, as i said, allow your body to acclimate. It's uncomfortable, but it's not going to y hurt you.
