The Advantages of Iteration
We always anchored in the developer impression, developer brand, developer experience and went backward because we felt that was the most important thing. Two years in, we had like a hundred thousand in annual recurring revenue, right? 100K ARR, not for lack of trying to sell the product. It really required conviction to sort of, you know, stay true to it. And later on, it worked out pretty well. Yeah, I think that's one of the hardest trade off for any founder, especially early days.
