If you can think about anything in your life that you do as a habit, maybe that's going to the gym. It might be maybe you're committing to reading a certain amount of things. Do you have a deal on that one? Okay. Number five. Don't give yourself any more than 30 seconds before doing something else. All right, so it's got to be short sweet, durable right now. And then you've done it. You've just done something you have got back on track.
