I think a bit of like rivalry even hostility as long as it's not acted upon is good so I would say boo the kicker all you want. That's the whole point of home ground advantage in the same way that if you're this guy like boo okay don't taunt your opponents and be a douche yeah yeah but celebrate it's good. There are sports that have got legal policies around this NFL has an illegal celebration penalty. If you're athletic enough to jump with the ball over the cross ball of the goalpost and slam it down they should let you. But then any celebration takes a lot of time and excessive.
