How Do You Know if You're Going to Buy a First Mortgage?
The average amount of time that some one spends in a home before they sell it and move to the next one, around 13 years. It used to be closer to eight years and now in the last few years, we've seen it rising. The rate that you get depends on a variety of factors, credit being oneof ike the strongest factors that goes into it. You mention break even points. I didn't say them specifically. But i'm just curious if there's any number that, for you, you're like, anything beyond that, it's going to kind o take care of itself.
