Is That a Polite Rejection?

So Joe says, hey, do you want to get drinks or a glass of wine sometime like tonight or Sunday? Hey, sorry, I was running from event to event yesterday in one of the shows I'm in goes up on Sunday. In any case, as a rule, I don't generally hang out with guys just one on one. If you wanted to get a group together to go to White Horse or whatever, that'd be fun,. But I really am crazy busy with two shows going up this weekend next. That sounds to me, just how long it is kind of like excusing herself. Like that's a polite rejection.
