In both cases, stories are extremely persuasive. They influence behavior. When it's internal story telling, it influences the beha s that we take towards a goal or if we we engage in behaviours that move us farther away or keep us stuck. A compelling story told outwardly can influence behavior of a different kind. It can influence action. And it can simply draw people closer to the brand, the business, or to the individual business person.
