The rate of people leaving their jobs is coming back down to pre-pandemic levels. That's just one of the things the Fed is trying to step on, and I think you can conclude that it's succeeding given the momentum we're seeing. The market seems unfazed by that, which is a surprise to me. We have to see expectations of additional rate hikes with almost no doubt.
Higher rates are here to stay, and some stories we expected to see in the first half of 2023 might still be ahead of us.
