The Glory That Comes From God
In chapter 12, john continues to explore key themes that pervade his gospel. Light, glory, judgment, authority, witness, commandment and other such themes can be found throughout the book. The fact that some would prefer not being excluded from the synagogues by the pharisees over being honoured by christ on the last day is a terrifying and sobering reminder of how misplaced our priorities often are.
