On Tuesday, the House of Representatives is expected to vote on legislation to force the Justice Department to release all of its files on convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. After suggesting last week that House Republicans should vote against the measure, President Donald Trump said on Sundaythat they should pass it “because we have nothing to hide,” calling the story a “Democrat Hoax.” The vote follows the House Committee on Oversight’s release of approximately 20,000 documents from the Epstein estate; the documents contain repeated mentions of Trump and other public figures.
