What Are the Metrics Within the Healthcare System?
What measures would you look at to measure the public health capacity or the public health response in terms of what they do then versus the final outcomes? I think this is a lot of looking at some of the metrics within the hospitals. So for example, if somebody's having severe breathing problems, you obviously want to get them in early to start treating them for the issues that they're having and for their symptoms. It'd be interesting to look at how quickly, in terms of timing, are they able to get them either quarantined?"
