Holly Gee survived the attack and would go on to positively identify both brothers using prior mug shots. Both were tracked down the day after the home invasion and were taken into custody following a long and volatile standoff with police. They reached sentence to death for the capital murders as well as life in prison, with decades to serve before eligible for parole.
