The Recklessness of Our Foreign Policy
I think most people understand it when you make the case, about the aroc war. Anyone who's taken any look at the internal documents about the afghan war, the so called afghan papers, understands this. Any one who takes the measure of the legacies of american torture and war crimes over the last 20 years understands this. Why should we give any credit to the idea that we operate with sense, reason and morality in our foreign policy? This really fundamentally has to change. And we really fundamentally have to be willing to take the hit for making the arguments that need to be made to change it.
