Is There Something Different About a Christian Doctrine of Scripture?
When we talk about scriptures, we're often talking about them in a sort of comparative religious context. What is there about a christian doctrine of scripture that is distinct from, say, a buddhist or an islamic doctrine of scripture? Is there something different about our understanding of what our scriptures are? I'll give you two or three answers.
